Soft Skills Training in Mauritius
Practical workshops and development journeys that strengthen the human capabilities behind clearer communication, healthier relationships and more consistent performance.
Mauritius is my primary market · Regional and international delivery is also availableThe Real Opportunity
One of my first missions after becoming a trainer and coach was to develop a sales team and its managers because sales performance was suffering. The initial assumption was that the team needed stronger sales capabilities. But when I spoke with the people doing the work and asked what was affecting performance, a different picture emerged.
They described strained relationships with managers, unresolved conflict between colleagues, communication that was not flowing, teams moving in different directions, constant firefighting and stress that followed them home. These were not simply sales problems. They were human problems. When we changed the priority and began strengthening those human skills, overall performance improved before we returned to sales technique.
What We Build
Listen for meaning, ask better questions and adapt messages so intention and impact are better aligned.
Address behaviour, expectations and performance with greater clarity, courage and respect.
Navigate disagreement without avoiding it or escalating it, then turn agreements into reliable follow-through.
Build psychological safety, stronger working relationships and clearer ways of coordinating as a team.
The Pathway
The topic comes after the diagnosis. I shape the learning around the organisational reality and the behaviours people need to practise at work.
Begin with conversations that surface what people are experiencing and what is getting in the way.
Look beneath the visible symptom to identify the mindset, relationship, habit or skill that needs attention.
Choose a focused workshop or connected journey and shape it around real situations from the workplace.
Use reflection, live practice, practical tools and commitments that participants can apply between sessions.
Working PrincipleThey may be called soft skills. Their impact on performance is anything but soft.

Yes. I begin with the business context and the behaviour that needs to change, then adapt the scenarios, exercises and tools to the participants' real working environment.
Programmes can be designed for employees, supervisors, line managers, leadership teams, sales teams, customer-facing teams and cross-functional groups.
A specific capability can be addressed through a half-day or full-day workshop. When several behaviours need to change together, I recommend four to five connected half-day sessions with workplace application between sessions.
